广西国际友城职业教育联盟2025年第2期“国际青年说”活动成功举办

The 2nd GISCA-VE  International Youth Talk 2025 successfully held

2月28日下午,广西国际友城职业教育联盟2025年系列活动之一——第2期“国际青年说”活动以线上线下相结合的方式举办。本次活动由广西壮族自治区人民对外友好协会指导,联盟副秘书长单位Go Study Global Education组织实施,来自俄罗斯、印度尼西亚的友城联盟院校代表共同参与,围绕“数字化工具如何改变我们的学习方式”这一主题展开讨论。

On the afternoon of February 28, the second session of the 2025 "International Youth Talk", a key program under the Guangxi International Sister Cities Alliance on Vocational Education (GISCA-VE), was successfully held in a hybrid online and offline format. The event was facilitated by the Guangxi People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (GXPAFFC) and organized by Go Study Global Education, the Deputy Secretary-General Unit of GISCA-VE. Representatives from alliance members in Russia and Indonesia participated in discussions centered on the theme "How Digital Tools Are Changing the Way We Learn". 

活动吸引了来自多个国家的近300名青年参与,共同分享和交流数字化工具在教育中的应用与影响,展现了全球青年对未来学习方式的思考与探索。

The event attracted nearly 300 young participants from multiple countries, who shared and exchanged insights on the application and impact of digital tools in education, demonstrating global youth’s reflections and explorations on the future of learning.

Sharing International Youth Perspectives to Promote Transnational Vocational Education Cooperation.

会上,友城联盟成员院校的青年代表积极发言,分享了各自的学习经验与对数字化教育的见解,表达了未来合作的意愿。

During the session, young representatives from members of the GISCA-VE actively sharing their learning experiences and perspectives on Digital Education while also conveying their willingness to collaborate in the future.

俄罗斯沃罗涅日州利斯金斯基工业与交通技术学院青年学生Artyom Ryabokon和Pavel Baranov以“IT作为数字工具与技术教育”为题,探讨了数字技术对职业教育的深远影响,分享了自适应学习软件在优化教学与提升学习效率方面的显著成效,以及语言学习软件与VR技术在增强技能培训实操体验中的重要作用。期待依托友城联盟平台,与各成员院校深化合作,共享数字化教学资源,推动智能教育模式的创新应用,通过联合开展线上课程、师生交流及跨学科合作,进一步提升数字技术在职业教育中的应用深度,培养具备国际竞争力的技术人才,助力职业教育现代化与全球化发展。

Artyom Ryabokon and Pavel Baranov, students from Liskinsky Industrial and Transport Technical College in Voronezh, Russia, presented on the topic "IT as a Digital Tool in Technical Education." They discussed the profound impact of digital technology on vocational education, highlighting the effectiveness of adaptive learning software in optimizing teaching and enhancing learning efficiency. They also emphasized the crucial role of language learning software and VR technology in improving hands-on training experiences. They expressed their hope to deepen cooperation with GISCA-VE member institutions by sharing digital teaching resources, exploring innovative applications of smart education models,and jointly developing online courses, facilitating faculty-student exchanges, and fostering interdisciplinary collaborations. The goal is to further integrate digital technology into vocational education,cultivate internationally competitive technical talents, and contribute to the modernization and globalization of vocational education.

印度尼西亚三宝垄大学青年学生Marcelynda Ladya Hartono和Ahmad Benikoe分享了全球化背景下在线学习的重要性,尤其是在技术教育领域的应用。在线学习突破地域限制,提供灵活、个性化的学习路径,使学生能获取全球优质技术教育资源。通过参与国际课程与讨论,可提升学生的知识技能和跨文化沟通能力。该校期待未来与友城联盟成员院校开展双向教学交流与跨文化合作,特别是要深化技术教育领域协作,致力于为学生提供全球化的技术教育资源,提升学生的专业技能与国际竞争力,有助于学生更好地适应全球技术市场需求,掌握先进技术知识与实践经验,推动技术教育现代化与国际化发展进程。

Marcelynda Ladya Hartono and Ahmad Benikoe, students from the University of Semarang in Indonesia, shared insights on the importance of online learning in the context of globalization, particularly in the field of technical education. They emphasized that online learning transcends geographical limitations, offering flexible and personalized learning pathways that enable students to access top-tier technical education resources globally. By engaging in international courses and discussions, students can enhance their expertise, skills, and intercultural communication competencies. The University of Semarang looks forward to engaging in bilateral teaching exchanges and cross-cultural collaborations with GISCA-VE member institutions, particularly in the field of technical education. The university aims to provide students with globally integrated technical education resources, improve their professional competencies and international competitiveness, and better equip them to meet the demands of the global technical market by mastering advanced technological knowledge and practical experience. This will further drive the modernization and internationalization of technical education.

两校均表示,希望未来能够在友城联盟框架下,携手开展跨国师生交流、线上教学资源共建以及职业技能培训合作,共同推动职业教育的国际化发展。

Both Alliance members expressed their aspirations to collaborate on transnational faculty-student exchanges, co-develop online teaching resources, and collaborate on vocational skills training under the framework of GISCA-VE, jointly advancing the internationalization of vocational education.

About the Guangxi International Sister Cities Alliance on Vocational Education

广西国际友城职业教育联盟于2022年11月由广西壮族自治区人民对外友好协会、南宁职业技术学院(现南宁职业技术大学)、广西建设职业技术学院共同发起成立。截至目前,已有来自东盟、马尔代夫、俄罗斯、希腊、澳大利亚、冈比亚等10多个国家的40多所院校以及广西30多所职业院校加入,并已举办多场国际活动,促成务实合作成果。我们期待更多院校加入,开展互补性合作,促进政企、校企、校际交流。

Established in November 2022, the Guangxi International Sister Cities Alliance on Vocational Education (GISCA-VE) was jointly initiated by the Guangxi People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Nanning College for Vocational Technology (now Nanning Vocational and Technology University), and Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction. To date, the Alliance has grown to include over 40 institutions from more than 10 countries, including ASEAN nations, the Maldives, Russia, Greece, Australia, and Gambia, along with over 30 vocational institutions from Guangxi. The Alliance has successfully hosted multiple international events, fostering pragmatic cooperation and achieving substantial outcomes. We welcome more institutions to join us in complementary collaborations, fostering exchanges among governments, enterprises, and educational institutions to promote the development of international vocational education.
