友城职教联盟2025年第3期“国际青年说”活动预告

广西国际友城职业教育联盟（GISCA-VE）将于3月28日举办2025年第3期“国际青年说”活动。本次活动采用线上线下相结合的方式进行，由友城联盟常任理事单位菲律宾宿务科技大学、联盟成员俄罗斯沃罗涅日州利斯金斯基工业与交通技术学院、印尼三宝垄国立大学等共同参与，联盟副秘书长单位学而时行教育咨询公司协助组织。

本次活动将围绕"跨文化对话如何塑造全球化时代的青年思维"展开讨论。在全球化进程不断加深的背景下，跨文化交流已成为青年成长与职业发展的重要议题。本次活动旨在探讨不同文化背景下的青年如何通过跨文化对话拓展全球视野、增强文化理解力，并提升在多元文化环境中的沟通能力。来自联盟成员高校的青年学者将围绕该主题展开深入交流，分享各自国家和地区的经验，为国际教育合作与文化互鉴提供思路。

The 3^rd session of GISCA-VE 2025 "International Youth Talk" to be held soon

The Guangxi International Sister Cities Alliance for Vocational Education (GISCA-VE) will host the 3rd"International Youth Talk" event in 2025 on March 28th. This event will be conducted in a hybrid format, with participation of the Alliance’s permanent unit, the Cebu Technological University (the Philippines), and alliance members including the  Liskinsky Industrial and Transport Technical College (Voronezh Region, Russia) and Semarang State University(Indonesia), and co-organized by Go Study Global Education, the Alliance’s Deputy Secretary-General unit.  

The discussions will be centered on the theme "How Intercultural Dialogue Shapes Young Minds in the Age of Globalization". As globalization continues to deepen, intercultural exchange has become a crucial factor in the growth and career development of young individuals. This event aims to explore how young people from diverse cultural backgrounds can broaden their global perspectives, enhance their cultural understanding, and improve their communication skills in multicultural environments through intercultural dialogue. Young scholars from alliance member institutions will engage in in-depth discussions on this theme, sharing experiences from their respective countries and regions, and contributing insights into global educational cooperation and cultural exchange.

About the Guangxi International Sister Cities Alliance on Vocational Education

广西国际友城职业教育联盟于2022年11月由广西壮族自治区人民对外友好协会、南宁职业技术学院（现南宁职业技术大学）、广西建设职业技术学院共同发起成立。截至目前，已有来自东盟、马尔代夫、俄罗斯、希腊、澳大利亚、冈比亚等10多个国家的40多所院校以及广西30多所职业院校加入，并已举办多场国际活动，促成务实合作成果。我们期待更多院校加入，开展互补性合作，促进政企、校企、校际交流。

Established in November 2022, the Guangxi International Sister Cities Alliance on Vocational Education (GISCA-VE) was jointly initiated by the Guangxi People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Nanning College for Vocational Technology (now Nanning Vocational and Technology University), and Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction. To date, the Alliance has grown to include over 40 institutions from more than 10 countries, including ASEAN nations, the Maldives, Russia, Greece, Australia, and Gambia, along with over 30 vocational institutions from Guangxi. The Alliance has successfully hosted multiple international events, fostering pragmatic cooperation and achieving substantial outcomes. We welcome more institutions to join us in complementary collaborations, fostering exchanges among governments, enterprises, and educational institutions to promote the development of international vocational education.
