广西壮族自治区人民对外友好协会,简称“广西对外友协”，英文：Guangxi People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries （简写：GXPAFFC），成立于1964年5月17日，时称中国人民对外文化协会广西分会，1988年起改称现名。会址设在广西南宁。

广西对外友协是广西壮族自治区从事民间外交事业的全区性群众团体，是中国人民对外友好协会的会员单位。其主要任务是：开展中外民间友好交往，同世界各国地方政府、友好组织、友好人士建立并发展友好关系，组织代表团互访、举办研讨会、洽谈会、论坛、展览、演出等交流活动。推进国际合作，建立交流机制，搭建合作平台，促进广西与世界各国在文化、旅游、教育、体育、科技、经济、贸易、青少年等领域的交流与合作。推动广西与外国地方政府建立和发展友好城市关系，增进与各国人民之间的相互了解，建立信任，发展友谊。

一、征集内容：广西壮族自治区人民对外友好协会会徽

二、征集范围：面向全社会公开征集，欢迎以单位或个人名义投稿。每个单位或个人最多可投稿2份作品。

三、征集时间：即日起至2025年11月24日

四、作品要求：

1.主题突出、寓意深刻，表现要简洁大方，体现广西对外友协职能和工作宗旨，具有较强的视觉感染力，便于识别和记忆。

2.作品可手工绘制或电脑制作，投稿人需提供本人信息和清晰的设计图稿（PNG、JPEG格式均可），并附一份不少于200字的说明，阐明设计思路、理念、内涵。

3.作品要便于在电视、报纸、网络等媒体和旗帜、徽章、印刷品等载体推广应用。

4.作品必须为原创，符合国家法律法规，不得侵犯他人的知识产权及其他权利，此前未以任何形式发表、使用和注册。凡涉及抄袭、借用等侵权行为的，均由设计者自行承担一切后果。

五、评选方式：征集活动结束后，广西对外友协将对所收到的方案进行评选，筛选出3份入围作品，最后在入围作品中选出最终方案。

六、奖励办法：入围作品的作者（单位或个人）将获得证书，其本人或所在单位享有成为广西对外友协第十届理事会特邀理事或单位理事的资格，有优先参加广西对外友协举办的各类活动的机会。

七、注意事项：

1.设计作品一经入围，所有权、完全使用权、注册权和版权均归广西对外友协所有；设计者不得再在其他任何地方使用该设计作品，否则须承担法律责任。如有必要，广西对外友协有权要求设计者对入围方案进行修改完善，以达到满意效果。

2.应征作品数量、质量如不能达到评选要求，广西对外友协有权取消评选。

3.此次征集活动最终解释权归广西对外友协所有。

Invitation for Emblem Design for the Guangxi People's Association for 

Friendship with Foreign Countries

The People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regions, P.R.China, or the Guangxi People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, abbreviated as GXPAFFC, was established on May 17th, 1964, initially named the Guangxi Branch of the Chinese People's Association for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries. It adopted its current name in 1988 and is based in Nanning, capital city of Guangxi, China.

The GXPAFFC is a non-government organization in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region dedicated to people-to-people diplomacy. It is a member unit of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. Its primary tasks include: conducting friendly exchanges between Guangxi, China and foreign countries, establishing and developing friendly relations with local governments, friendly organizations, and individuals from countries around the world, organizing mutual visits by delegations, hosting seminars, business talks, forums, exhibitions, performances, and other exchange activities. It promotes international cooperation, establishes exchange mechanisms, builds cooperation platforms, and facilitates exchanges and cooperation between Guangxi and countries worldwide in areas such as culture, tourism, education, sports, science and technology, economy, trade, and youth. It also promotes the establishment and development of sister city relations between Guangxi and foreign local governments, enhances mutual understanding with people from various countries, builds trust, and develops friendships.

I. What we are looking for: Emblem (LOGO) of the Guangxi People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries

II. Who may submit: Submissions from Chinese or international organizations or individuals are welcome. Each organization or individual may submit 1-2 designs.

III. Deadline: November 24th, 2025

IV. Requirements:

1. The design should have a prominent theme and profound symbolism, with a concise and elegant presentation that reflects the functions and working principles of the GXPAFFC. It should possess strong visual impact, be easy to recognize, and memorable.

2. The design may be hand-drawn or computer-generated. Submitters must provide their personal information along with clear design drafts (in PNG or JPEG format) and attach an explanation of no less than 200 words, elaborating on the design concept, ideas, and connotations.

3. The design should be suitable for promotion and application in media such as television, newspapers, and the internet, as well as on carriers such as flags, badges, and printed materials.

4. The design must be original, comply with laws and regulations, and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of others. It must not have been previously published, used, or registered in any form. In case of any infringement due to plagiarism or borrowing, the submitter shall bear all consequences.

5. Authors (organizations or individuals) of the shortlisted designs will receive a certificate of honor and will enjoy the qualification to become a specially invited member of the 10th Council of the GXPAFFC, as well as priority in participation in activities organized by the GXPAFFC.

V. Selection Process: Upon the deadline of submission, the GXPAFFC will evaluate the received designs, shortlist 3, and ultimately select 1 as the final design from the shortlisted ones.Necessary improvement should be made on the selected designs as requested by the GXPAFFC.

VI. Notes:

1. Once an entry is shortlisted, all ownership, complete usage rights, registration rights, and copyright shall belong to the GXPAFFC. The designer shall not use the design elsewhere; otherwise, they shall bear legal responsibilities. 

2. If the quantity and quality of submissions do not meet the selection requirements, the GXPAFFC reserves the right to cancel the selection.

3. The GXPAFFC reserves the final right of interpretation for this activity.
